How can I resolve approved withdrawals not reconciled to my wallet?
- • Click on the Support Icon
- • Select “Cash Withdrawal”
- • Click on “My wallet hasn’t been credited for a successful POS transaction”
- • Fill the details and ensure you input the RRN
- • Click on “Submit Issue”
Once you click submit, the issue has been logged and resolution takes 72 working hours.
