What do I do if I have a Chargeback situation?

  •   • Click on ‘Transactions”
  •   • Select the failed transaction
  •   • Click on “Need help”
  •   • Select “My customer’s card was debited for a declined/failed POS transaction”
  •   • Click on “Submit Issue”

Once you click submit, the issue has been logged and resolution takes 72 working hours
