To get your issues resolved faster, Kindly login to the Kudi APP, click TRANSACTIONS, click on the particular pending transaction, click NEED HELP, select the issue relating to your complaints, Add your comment, you can also upload image or take a picture, then SUBMIT and you will get updates till resolution is complete.
